We work under the laws of Hadal Instruments: nothing fabricated, a receipt for every claim, and no promised ranking. Search engines decide positions, so we promise what is ours to give, which is the work, the measurement before and after, and a straight account of what the measurements show.
Measured after
After release we read the live site, not our copy of it.
Sounding 03 · 227 words
Before anything changes, the Medusa instrument — which we built and run — measures your site and its market: technical health, structure, speed, search performance, how you appear in AI-generated answers, and how you compare with the competitors you are up against. When the work is complete it measures again, so every change is accounted for against that baseline.
You receive the findings as a structured report: what was found, what was changed and what moved, with the evidence behind every figure.

What your free report measures
Name up to three competitors. We measure your site and theirs, and send you a report showing where each one is ahead of you, by how much, and what to fix first.
- Speed and technical health, side by side
- On-page SEO and site structure
- The content they are found for and you are not
- Who holds the searches that matter in your market
- A prioritised list of what to fix first
- Address
- contact@hadalmedusa.com
- Include
- your site; up to three competitors; where you compete
Six services, one standard behind all of them
Sounding 04 · 158 words
New websites
Fast, clear and engineered for search from the first line of code, with Google Analytics and Search Console set up in your name at launch.
Redesigns and rebuilds
For sites that no longer do their job. An audit shows what is holding you back, and the rebuild keeps every page and address the current site has earned.
On-site SEO
Titles, structure, internal links, structured data and the technical detail a search engine reads first.
Brand and graphics
An identity that tells a stranger, at a glance, what you do: logo, colour and type, templates and graphics that work across your site and socials.
Ad optimisation
Google and Meta campaigns tightened: targeting, copy and the landing pages your ads pay to send people to.
Monthly care
Ongoing optimisation and a monthly report on what changed and what did not, what your named competitors changed and what we do next.
Where do you compete?
Sounding 05 · 39 words
Local and regional
You win customers in a town, a city or a region.
Nationwide
You sell across the country and compete with national names.
International
You sell in more than one country or language.
How it works
Sounding 06 · 59 words
- Request your free competitor gap report and name the businesses that appear above you.
- We send the report, with a written proposal for closing the gaps.

Questions before you get in touch
Sounding 09 · 223 words
What does Medusa by Hadal Instruments do?
Medusa by Hadal Instruments designs, builds and rebuilds websites, and improves on-site SEO, brand and advertising. Every project starts and ends with a measurement of your site against the competitors you name.
How much does it cost?
New websites start from £1,800, redesigns and rebuilds from £2,300, on-site SEO from £600, brand and graphics from £750, ad optimisation from £450 and monthly care from £450 a month. Prices exclude VAT and are where the work starts, not what a project costs. What yours costs is in the written proposal that comes with your free competitor report.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Not for the free report, which is produced from what is public. For ongoing work you add us as a user in Search Console and Analytics from your own accounts, and you stay the owner of both.
What size of business do you work with?
Businesses competing in a town or region, across the country, or in several countries. The work differs at each scale, and each has its own page above.
How do I start?
Request the free competitor gap report and name up to three competitors. The report shows where they are ahead, and the proposal sets out how to close the gap.
