The standard every page meets before release.

Nothing on this site is published by hand. Each change is built, judged by automated checks and released only when every one of them passes. A failed check stops the release.

The security headers every response carries

A browser receives 7 security headers with every page of this site. The first of them allows no script at all: these pages run no JavaScript, set no cookie and load nothing from any other site.

  • Content-Security-Policy: Lists what a browser may load on these pages.
  • Strict-Transport-Security: Tells browsers to reach this domain and every subdomain over HTTPS only, for a year.
  • Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy: Keeps another site's window from reaching into this one.
  • X-Frame-Options: Stops the site being displayed inside a frame on another site.
  • X-Content-Type-Options: Stops the browser guessing a file's type.
  • Referrer-Policy: Tells other sites only this site's name when a visitor follows a link, never the page they came from.
  • Permissions-Policy: Switches off access to the camera, the microphone and location.

The values are public. Any browser's developer tools show them, under the network tab, for any page of the site.

One measurement, with its scope

PageSpeed Insights, Google's public test, was run on the home page in its mobile profile on 14 October 2026 (build 39cad26). The four scores were 100 for performance, 100 for accessibility, 100 for best practices and 100 for SEO.

That figure covers one page, one profile and one run. Results vary between runs and between pages, so the test is linked here for anyone to repeat: run PageSpeed Insights on the home page.

Inspect it yourself

The files a search engine or an auditor reads first are all public.

What the standard means for a client

A site we build is released through a gate of the same kind: automated checks run on every change, and a change that fails one does not go live. The faults a check catches are the ones that otherwise surface months later, as a page missing from search or a link that leads nowhere.

Free competitor gap report

A standard matters most beside the sites you compete with. Name up to three competitors and we put your site and theirs through the same measurements, then send you where each one falls short.

  1. Speed and technical health, side by side
  2. On-page SEO and site structure
  3. The content they are found for and you are not
  4. Who holds the searches that matter in your market
  5. A prioritised list of what to fix first
