Stop paying for clicks that never convert.

A click that never converts is budget spent for nothing, and the account records where each one went. We audit your Google and Meta campaigns, cut the searches and audiences that spend without return, sharpen the ads, and fix the landing pages your budget pays to send people to.

From £450

What ad optimisation includes

  • Account audit

Structure, settings, bidding and budgets reviewed line by line, with the waste listed in order of cost.

  • Search terms and negatives

The actual searches your ads appear for, with the irrelevant ones excluded and the valuable ones given ads of their own.

  • Targeting

Locations, schedules, devices and audiences narrowed to the people who buy from you.

  • Ad copy and creative

Ads rewritten to match the search and the page they lead to, with creative in your brand.

  • Landing pages

The pages your ads lead to, rebuilt to load fast, deliver what the ad promised and make the next step obvious.

  • Conversion tracking

Enquiries, calls and sales recorded correctly, so spend is judged by what it produces.

How the work runs

  1. Audit. The account is read line by line, and the waste is listed in order of cost.
  2. Exclude. Searches that will never buy are excluded, and targeting is narrowed to the people who do.
  3. Track. Conversion tracking is corrected, so that each enquiry, call and sale is counted once.
  4. Rewrite. Ads are rewritten to match the search, and the pages they lead to are rebuilt to match the ad.
  5. Review. The account is read again and set against the audit.

What you receive

  • The audit, with each finding and what it costs.
  • The changes, made in your own account, which you continue to own.
  • The landing pages, built on your site.
  • A closing report set against the audit.

Where ad budgets leak

Ad budgets leak in three places: ads shown for searches that will never buy, clicks sent to a page that does not match the ad, and conversions that go unrecorded, so nobody can tell which spend worked. An audit finds all three in the account's own data.

Paid and organic, read together

Paid and organic results share the same page and the same customers. Reading both together shows where you pay for clicks you could earn, and where an ad is the only way onto the page. Landing pages built for ads are held to the same standard as the rest of the site, so they serve organic search as well.

Questions about ad optimisation

Do you need access to my ad accounts?

For a campaign audit, yes. You add us as a user on your Google Ads or Meta account, and you remain the owner. The free competitor gap report needs no account access.

Is ad optimisation a one-off or a monthly service?

Either. It can be a single audit and rebuild of the account, or part of monthly care, where campaigns are reviewed each month alongside your organic search.

What is a landing page, and why does it matter?

A landing page is the page a visitor reaches after clicking an ad. If it is slow, off the subject or unclear about the next step, the click is paid for and lost, however good the ad was.

Free competitor gap report

Ads work best on a site that already competes. Name up to three competitors and we measure your site against theirs, then send you where your landing pages and organic presence fall behind, before more budget is spent.

  1. Speed and technical health, side by side
  2. On-page SEO and site structure
  3. The content they are found for and you are not
  4. Who holds the searches that matter in your market
  5. A prioritised list of what to fix first

What it costs

Prices exclude VAT and are where the work starts, not what a project costs. What yours costs is in the written proposal that comes with your free competitor report.

The figure moves with how many accounts and campaigns there are, how much history the search terms hold, and whether the pages your advertisements lead to are rebuilt too.
